As a miner in Deep Town, your spaceship serves as your base. It drills deeper and deeper, uncovering a vast underground world. Each layer presents a unique challenge and rewards you with different resources. The interface is clear and intuitive. You’ll see a cross-section of the earth divided into layers, with a weapon panel at the bottom. Each layer has a health bar that depletes as you attack it with your chosen weapon. Be prepared, though – the deeper you go, the tougher the rocks become!
A Weapon for Every Depth
Deep Town offers a diverse arsenal of tools to tackle diverse challenges. You start with two powerful weapons: a spaceship-mounted laser and AI drill drones. Clicking a weapon deploys it, but be mindful of cooldown times – stronger weapons take longer to recharge. The weapon panel also features an upgrade system. Each weapon can be leveled up using resources, making it more efficient at breaking through specific materials.
From Raw Materials to Thriving Production
Mining isn’t the only game in Deep Town. To truly thrive, you’ll need to build a network of production stations. The first station you’ll encounter is the Miner, which automatically generates resources over time. These stations can also be upgraded, increasing their production speed and capacity for specific resources.
As you progress, you’ll discover resources that require processing before they become truly valuable. This is where the Smelter comes in. By feeding raw materials into the Smelter, you can transform them into higher-quality ingots. These ingots can be used for crafting or sold for a hefty profit.
