Puzzle game – Challenge your intelligence
Puzzle Games is a game that will require players to use their brains a lot in both reasoning and logical thinking. The game will pose situations or types of questions that require players to complete them. Normally, the difficulty of puzzles will gradually increase over time, giving players time to get used to them and gain experience. What’s more interesting is that most Puzzle games allow you to play the game without having to connect to the Internet.
Puzzle game genres
- Lateral thinking puzzles: These are games that require players to use non-linear thinking, that is, solve puzzles or problems that the game poses through an indirect approach and use creativity, which cannot be used. Use common logical thinking to win.
- Mathematical puzzles: This is a type of game where the player will have a series of given data or conditions and can only solve them by using mathematics and number crunching to find the answer, without the player needing to have rich imagination. This can be considered a type of logical thinking or mathematical thinking.
- Metapuzzles: Is a puzzle with metaphorical meaning. The player will be given a series of almost meaningless data but will be related to a certain topic. The player’s task is to find that related point so that they can find the correct answer.
- Spot the difference: There will be two photos that at first glance will look the same but will have a few differences (usually very difficult to see, need to look carefully to recognize). The player’s task is to find all these differences. To increase the difficulty, people often limit the number of choices (for example, 5 different points but you can only guess a maximum of 10 times) and limit the time.
- Word Puzzle Game: Players solve puzzles by forming meaningful words from a set of letters
- Escape Room Puzzle Game: Inspired by real-life escape room experiences, players must solve a series of puzzles to “escape” a room or maze.
- Match-3 Puzzle Games: In these games, players need to match three or more objects of the same type to clear them from the board. Games like Candy Crush and Bejeweled fall into this category.
